Cancellation Policy: All rental reservations made with Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency require a deposit in advance of your event. You may cancel your reservation up until 48 hours of your event. At that time, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We do allow cancellations within 48 hours of the event if the cancellation is due to inclement weather. Boyte Booking Entertainment agency will call you should your reservation appear to run the risk of interference as a result of poor weather. At that time, you will have the option to cancel your reservation. Minimum Rental Policy: Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency is a premium party service provider. We'll never ask you to pick something up from our location. Instead, we take pride in offering prompt delivery of our entire inventory of rental equipment straight to you the customer. Since we deliver, clean, setup and takedown all equipment, we ask that you book at least $100 in equipment for your event. Delivery Policy: Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency will always provide prompt delivery of our rental equipment. We will talk with you the customer and agree on a delivery time and date that is convenient for you. We will always arrive on time. If you as the customer fail to show up at the agreed upon location within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time, we must depart so as not to delay other deliveries. Failure on your behalf as the customer to arrive on time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. For more information and details, please ask us about our rental Agreement. |
